Premium direct mail and email campaign for American Express to acquire new Business Platinum and Business Gold card members. The result? A 354% increase in net response.
Email Campaign
I was responsible for developing the Amex BGold and BPlat emails in html and css. The emails were coded to be ADA compliant, and tested on Litmus to fix rendering issues across devices and platforms. 
Direct Mail Package
This project took on numerous stages, starting with a set of 5 concepts, to the production of an "advent" style mailer and brochure. Our design direction was informed by Amex's target audience research. 
A focus group found that the advent format felt more exciting, unique, and premium than mailers they've received from financial institutions in the past; however, the packaging felt environmentally wasteful. The final production files were created for a more sustainable mailer that included a shipping box, letter, brochure, and advent-style envelope.
